Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Market Access Specialist - Data and Analytics to drive data-driven decision making across Market Access and Sales. You will build end-to-end data and AI solutions, ingest raw data, create analytics, and deliver evidence-based insights to optimize revenue growth and patient outcomes.

The role requires SQL, Power BI, and hands-on AI tools to transform payer claims, copay, PAP, and wholesale data into actionable dashboards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in data science, CS, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of data analytics, BI, or data engineering in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with payer claims, EDI 852/867, copay and PAP data.
• Strong Power BI dashboards and SQL data models.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools to business solutions.
• Knowledge of gross-to-net, formulary dynamics, prior authorization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based data models and Power BI dashboards.
• Develop automated, production-grade reporting solutions.
• Build self-service analytics products for Market Access teams.
• Embed AI capabilities into dashboards for conversational analytics.
• Prototype and operationalize ML models with IT and data science partners.
