You will drive implementation, integration, and enhancement of shipboard solutions, including GPS integrations and contract-management platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical project management leading enterprise application projects.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, cruise, or maritime industry.
• Ownership of full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery.
• Experience forecasting multi-million-dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets.
• Background with application implementations, integrations, and deployments.
• Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, global teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall knowledge.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise application projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, requirements, risks, dependencies, and project financials.
• Own and forecast multi-million-dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets.
• Coordinate application implementations, integrations, and deployments.
• Manage vendors and global cross-functional teams.
• Ensure requirements receive approval from all impacted stakeholders.
• Deliver project and budget updates to executive leadership.
• Hold teams accountable while keeping projects aligned and moving forward.
