Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical leadership for production, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex maritime systems.
Oversee production and field issues through technical investigation and root-cause analysis.
Improve system and sub-system designs for manufacturability, reliability, maintainability, and cost.
Interact with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of electro-mechanical systems.
Oversee documentation, data packages, drawings, BOMs, and work instructions for production.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across systems, mechanical, electrical, software, test, and manufacturing.
