Job summary

BMT Group's Coastal and Maritime team in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead coastal and maritime structures design across the APAC region, including jetties, marinas, breakwaters and port infrastructure. You will work with a cross-disciplinary team and help develop proposals for private and public sector clients.

To succeed, you should hold a Bachelor's in civil/structural engineering, have 5+ years in a technical consultancy, and possess knowledge of coastal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• 5+ years' experience in technical consultancy.
• Experience in Coastal Structures, Piers, or Ports.
• Working knowledge of international coastal design standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to coastal and offshore projects including port development.
• Write proposals and support business development.
• Act as Project Design Manager and lead client engagement.
• Lead coastal infrastructure design across Singapore and APAC.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams (engineers, scientists, GIS, approvals).
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
