The Maritime Security Solutions Senior Project Analyst will provide expert SETA support, develop R&D strategies, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with DHS components to improve maritime domain awareness and border protection. A Secret/Top Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in an Engineering or Scientific discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a DHS Suitability determination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration sites (SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to articulate complex technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level scientific, technical, and project management support to the Maritime Security Solutions portfolio within DHS S&T HSARPA.
• Serve as SETA advisor supporting HSARPA Strategy and Execution in the Maritime portfolio.
• Develop tech roadmaps, R&D strategies, and transition plans for maritime security solutions.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for programs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Draft executive-level communications and coordinate with DHS partners.
