Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineering generalist to support complex maritime programs with a Top Secret clearance. The role includes requirements management, MBSE, and architecture development across the Systems Engineering lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work on naval and underwater systems, with opportunities to contribute to CONOPS, interfaces, and verification activities. This is an on-site Annapolis, MD position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn additional discipline areas and lead teams is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Support mission engineering, requirements development & management, and system modeling.
• Prepare technical packages and briefings for leadership and customers.
• Contribute to milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and to proposal activities.
