• Review applications, supporting records, training, assessments and service history against credentialing requirements.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and document recommendations for Government review.
• Maintain accurate electronic case records and respond professionally to applicants and authorized representatives.
• Meet quality and turnaround standards and participate in peer review and process improvements.
