Reporting to the VP of Maritime, you will oversee hardware/software integration, ensure NAVSEA and DoD quality compliance, perform risk mitigation, plan tests, and travel 25% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical or Software engineering with 15+ years experience.
• Masters preferred with 12+ years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for the Maritime programs, guiding architecture, integration, and engineering oversight.
• Lead system architecture evaluations, technology trade studies, and performance assessments.
• Define and refine system requirements to align with government specifications and mission needs.
• Oversee engineering from concept through qualification and ensure lifecycle integrity.
• Ensure compliance with NAVSEA, DoD and industry standards and perform design reviews.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and communicate status with customers and management.
• Drive risk management and mission assurance through tests and analyses.
