Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience on tugs, tankers, or equivalent.
• Four years of relevant maritime experience preferred.
• Ability to understand complex instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform maintenance on tugs and barges.
• Communicate priorities with the Sr. Port Engineer.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed.

Skills

Experience maintaining tugs and barges

Ability to repair marine equipment

Proficient using Microsoft Suite

Knowledge of marine industry

Education

US Coast Guard license as DDE Unlimited

Valid TWIC or ability to obtain

Valid State driver’s license
