Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in engineering or equivalent with relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in project-driven offshore or subsea domains.
- Experience with nearshore/shallow water installation.
- Experience with barge operations and jack-up vessels.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
- Willing to lead and work in project teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidiscipline projects as Project Engineer or Marine Engineering Lead.
- Direct core operations in marine and nearshore installation.
- Deliver technical documentation and specifications.
- Plan and schedule marine and nearshore activities.
- Interface with clients as technical contact.
- Drive technical innovation across the department.
- Bridge engineering and execution from design to site follow-up.
- Champion safety and quality with HSE initiatives.
