Qualifications

• 7+ years of superintendent experience in marine or heavy civil construction.
• Direct water-exposure experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of marine logistics and equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for marine and heavy civil construction projects.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment.
• Manage schedules, safety, quality, and production goals.
• Oversee daily operations including pile installation, cofferdams, bulkheads, docks, bridge elements, and concrete operations.
• Maintain communication with PMs, owners, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct planning meetings and ensure manpower/equipment availability.
• Drive project execution while maintaining budget and schedule.
