Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage, investigate losses, and adjust claims per guidelines.
• Manage a portfolio of logistics and marine cargo claims from first notice to resolution.
• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, underwriters, surveyors, attorneys and other stakeholders.
• Retain and manage independent adjusters, surveyors, forensic experts, and vendors.
• Maintain claim documentation and active diaries; ensure claims stay within authority.
