Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage, investigate losses, and adjust claims per policy and laws.
• Manage a portfolio of logistics and marine cargo claims from first notice to resolution.
• Investigate cargo losses, theft, transit damage, warehousing incidents, and supply chain disruptions.
• Evaluate liability, causation, damages, and coverage while maintaining reserves.
• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, underwriters, attorneys, and vendors.
• Retain and manage independent adjusters and experts to ensure timely resolution.
