Qualifications

• Experience launching boats with safety and accuracy.
• Familiarity with boat/water vessel operations.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marina operations and staff performance.
• Train marina staff to Forbes/AAA four-star standards.
• Manage dock maintenance, slip tracking, and boat storage.
• Organize weekly staff schedules and ensure coverage.
• Coordinate boat rentals and lake tours with reservations.
• Assist with docking and launching boats; ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain marina areas, lines, and preventive maintenance.
