Qualifications

• Two to five years of Prime Brokerage operations experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. broker-dealer and bank margin regulations.
• Experience with collateral workflows, margining, and exposure reconciliation.
• Familiarity with cross-product margining across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and securities financing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills when coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and issue daily margin calls for Prime Brokerage clients.
• Ensure margin accounts comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Support client onboarding, margin documentation, and financing arrangements.
• Identify and escalate margin deficiencies or abnormal trading patterns to management.
• Prepare and update daily reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and counterparties to resolve issues and improve processes.
