Job summary

Our client, a large and well-established pension fund, seeks a Manager, Collateral Management to join their team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role requires four days onsite and one day remote, reporting to the Senior Manager and leading a team responsible for margin management and collateral resilience across the fund's operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and professional designations are strong assets.
• 8–10+ years in Investment Operations with collateral management expertise (ISDA CSA/GMRA, margin, regulatory initiatives).
• Proven leadership in a team, driving operational improvements and championing change.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with senior leaders across diverse teams.
