Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Languages: English required; additional languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and resolution of client margin requirements across asset classes and currencies
• Capture and effect client internal and external payment operations
• Capture and effect updates and additions to client cash settlement instructions including call-back procedures
• Participate in margin related client onboarding and position transfer exercises
• Capture and animate client cash balance FX conversion requests
• Identify and resolve cash breaks
• Manage and execute account closure and offboarding requirements
• Manage, maintain and update client reporting
• Ensure SGAS complies with regulatory margin rules and industry standards
