Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team serving as the primary escalation point for clients settling margin requirements
• Champion payment controls, ensuring rigorous oversight and continuous process improvement
• Ensure all margin requirements are met in accordance with margin regulations, client priorities, and internal risk policies
• Resolve complex issues related to SWIFT formatting, cash and securities settlement instructions (SSIs), and securities settlements across global markets
• Build and leverage relationships across Sales/RM, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to drive solutions
• Analyze client behavior, margin balances, and exceptions to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement solutions to enhance client experience, drive capacity gains, efficiency, and strengthen controls
• Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve service offerings
• Monitor industry developments in cleared derivatives and communicate relevant insights to management and the team
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and product expertise within the team
