Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking a Senior Analyst to build margin models for loads, lanes, and ton-miles while linking revenue, disposal, and transport costs into actionable insights.

You will create Power BI dashboards, monitor cost per ton and ton-mile, and assess fleet vs subcontracted economics to support pricing and strategy decisions. Based in Stanton, CA with some travel to regional sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial, data, logistics, or operations analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/DAX skills; strong reconciliation and financial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain load- and lane-level contribution margin models (load, ton, ton-mile).
• Create Power BI dashboards and recurring analyses for cost per ton, cost per ton-mile, revenue, and margin leakage.
• Evaluate fleet vs subcontracted hauling economics; validate carrier invoices and rate terms.
