Job summary

Anduril Industries in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced engineer for an early-to-mid career role embedded within a high-tempo, multi-disciplinary engineering team. You will support end-to-end environmental and reliability test campaigns across air, ground, maritime, and space domains.

This hands-on role takes complex hardware from early proof-of-concept to full-rate production, including DVT, qualification, and reliability testing of advanced optical payloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with climatic and dynamic testing.
• Experience with environmental test instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and working in outdoors/noisy environments.
• BS in an engineering discipline; eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Function as part of an interdisciplinary team for static, dynamic, fatigue, thermal and vibration testing.
• Test items from small electronics to full system level sensors.
• Operate thermal chambers, shakers, data acquisition, and test equipment.
• Lead test design reviews and develop hardware test plans.
• Build test fixtures, implement test automation, and analyze failures.
