Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming with at least one modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby).
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of designing or architecting distributed systems.
• 4+ years of systems development in IT/data center environments.
• 4+ years of Linux/Unix deployment/operation experience.
• 2+ years in systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement.
• Experience leading design, build and deployment of complex software in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing Test Ecosystem — Architect, develop, and sustain end-to-end test infrastructure for Server hardware through System-level Rack integration.
• Drive Automation, Yield & Uptime — Develop automated test processes to reduce manual intervention and improve throughput.
• Define Test Strategy & Analyze Production Data — Establish SPC limits, analyze data, drive corrective actions.
• Support NPI & Provide DFx Feedback — Partner on test solutions for efficient production ramp.
• Collaborate & Guide Test infrastructure across ODM/CM sites — Align test requirements across teams and drive test time optimization.
