Schwan Cosmetics USA is seeking a Manufacturing ProductionLine Technician IV in Murfreesboro, TN. You will apply seasoned mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex machinery, support high-volume production, and ensure quality control, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Industrial Maintenance Certificate or Mechatronics Technology Certificate, OR 3+ years of equivalent hands-on industrial mechanical experience.
Basic proficiency reading micrometers, calipers, and rulers.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

Operate and set up machines and perform changeovers across multiple technologies with attention to quality and safety.
Advance troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production.
Maintain housekeeping and safety per cGMP, 5S, and safety guidelines, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support across shifts as needed to meet production requirements.
