As a Line Technician III at Schwan Cosmetics USA, you will directly operate and troubleshoot high-speed light-industrial manufacturing equipment. This is not a forklift, picking/packing, or warehouse position. You will keep production lines moving, perform real-time mechanical fixes to eliminate downtime, and ensure our products meet strict quality standards.
Experience: 3+ years in a high-volume, machine-paced manufacturing environment with hands-on machinery experience.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment on the floor and read precision tools (micrometers, scales, rulers).
Math & Communication: Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and fluency in English (read, write, speak).
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Work Style: Self-starter with high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude.
Constant Standing: 70%+ of your shift working directly on the active production line.
Physical Activity: Frequent walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting up to 30 lbs, precise hand-eye coordination, color vision, and hearing acuity.
PPE: Full personal protective equipment required on the floor (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, gloves).
