Schwan Cosmetics USA is seeking a Line Technician II to operate high-speed production lines and ensure strict quality and process controls. You will work on multiple machines, perform quality checks, and support line startups and maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes accurate measurement, adherence to cGMP/5S standards, and collaboration with senior technicians to resolve issues and drive efficiency. Fluent English is required and prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in a high-volume, machine-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read rulers and micrometers accurately and perform basic math.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Quality control and line operations across multiple production technologies; monitor scrap and quality attributes.
• Operate and set up machinery; assist with line changeovers and autonomous maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and 5S-compliant workspace per cGMP standards; participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Support additional tasks as requested by supervisor or manager.
