Qualifications

• 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and teams.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
• Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
• Troubleshoots operator problems and works with leadership on training and process improvements
• Assists in testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
• Performs duties with safety and confidentiality in a 24/7 global operation
