Job summary

Vantive is hiring for a Tech III to support manufacturing operations. You will set up and operate automated equipment, monitor controls, and ensure production adheres to cGMP and SOP standards.

You will train new staff, troubleshoot issues, and participate in TPM and lean initiatives to improve processes. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and documentation, with a base salary range noted and comprehensive US benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; two-year technical degree preferred.
• Technical experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Understanding of shop math.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, multimeter, wire stripper, and crimping tool.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvements on existing processes and equipment.
• Participate on teams to drive improvement to processes and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, start-ups and changeovers.
• Clear faults and troubleshoot equipment.
• Clean and sanitize assigned area.
• Maintain/verify documentation (POMs, TPM boards, batch trace, etc.).
• Load tubing and equipment with parts/materials.
• Supply part bins and train new employees.
• Follow departmental safety procedures and production specs.
