Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting support for production machinery. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to keep equipment available and running efficiently.

Responsibilities include reading electrical diagrams, supporting robotics and PLC systems, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED; AA degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb 10 ft ladders, stand for extended intervals.
• Experience with basic hand tools and electrical meters.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; hydraulics a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical, electrical, and technical support to production machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance as required to ensure equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment including robots, PLCs, vision systems, sensors, and motors.
• Perform equipment relocations, adjustments, and spare parts ordering; document all work.
• Participate in projects and upgrades; attend relevant training and meetings.
• Able and willing to work overtime when required.
