Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a maintenance technician to support production machinery. You will perform mechanical, electrical and PLC-driven maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure equipment availability through preventive and predictive work.

You will document work, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in plant upgrades. The role may require overtime and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; AA degree preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb 10 ft ladders; stand for long intervals.
• Experience with basic hand tools and electrical meters; light machining is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; hydraulics a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation skills, and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical, electrical, technical and troubleshooting support for production machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment including PLCs, vision systems and drives.
• Document all work; follow SOPs and participate in project upgrades.
• Work overtime when required and maintain safe, zero-harm practices.
