Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III in our Tennessee facility. The role involves mentoring others, performing aseptic filling, solution preparation, and lyophilization under GMP/ISO guidelines. You will work in cleanrooms, operate autoclaves, vials, and related equipment while maintaining accurate batch records.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, strong aseptic technique experience, and excellent attention to detail. Travel is <10% and safety compliance is critical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 4+ years of cGMP pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience with aseptic techniques and fill-finish processes.
• Ability to review and create controlled documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced staff in aseptic techniques.
• Prepare solutions and perform aseptic filling and labeling of vials.
• Operate aseptic filling and lyophilization equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Maintain batch records and SOP adherence.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes and escalate issues as needed.
