Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
• Strong aseptic technique knowledge and fill-finish experience.
• Experience reviewing and creating controlled documents.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to mentor less experienced staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to complete daily manufacturing tasks.
• Prepare solutions and perform aseptic filling and labeling.
• Operate and maintain equipment including autoclaves and lyophilizers.
• Document batch records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and MBRs.
