Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III/Lead to guide a team through complex aseptic production tasks in a GMP environment. You will supervise daily operations, oversee equipment prep, filling, lyophilization, and sterile processing, while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and MBRs.

The role requires 2–4 years in pharma/medical device contexts, strong aseptic skills, and the ability to train others. A high school diploma is required; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry finished dose form preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and fill finish experience required.
• Experience in reviewing and creating controlled documents.
• Requires a high school diploma.
• Possesses the skill and aptitude to weigh and measure raw materials and operate basic benchtop instruments.
• Strong ability to plan and prioritize complex activities to meet goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and prepare balanced decisions.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to resolve and de-escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe work habits and PCI safety procedures; identifies risks and alerts management.
• Leads team to complete daily tasks and provides direction.
• Maintains weekly/daily schedule and assigns tasks.
• Completes tasks and escalates issues to management.
• Trains less experienced staff in aseptic techniques.
• Prepares solutions, aseptic filling and labeling of vials under sterile/non-sterile conditions.
• Operates aseptic filling equipment and lyophilizers in cleanrooms.
• Operates sterilization equipment and process lines.
• Assists in formulation and dispensing in clean room per SOPs/MBRs.
• Documents batch records and logbooks; ensures compliance.
