Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma or medical devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to weigh and measure materials and operate basic benchtop instruments.
• Follow written instructions; seek help with complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work habits and follow PCI safety procedures.
• Demonstrate aseptic technique knowledge.
• Prepare solutions, aseptic filling, and labeling under sterile and non-sterile conditions.
• Operate aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Prepare equipment for sterilization and lyophilization.
• Operate processing equipment (autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, etc.).
• Assist formulation and dispensing in a cleanroom per SOPs/MBRs.
• Sanitize production areas and prepare equipment for production.
• Complete and maintain batch records and production documentation.
• Follow instructions and SOPs; document production steps accurately.
• Identify and document deviations; participate in investigations as needed.
• Maintain compliance and cleanliness of operational areas.
• Perform COP, CIP, and SIP operations to prepare equipment.
• Review and revise SOPs and batch records as required.
• Contribute to PCI culture and participate in media fill testing.
