Job summary

RTX is seeking a training professional to deliver in-person or virtual sessions at the Andover site. You will develop technical training on electronics, torque, safety-wire, and solder, ensuring adherence to internal standards and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical training or 8 years military instruction, IPC certifications, and a willingness to travel domestically less than 10%.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree in education or STEM with at least 5 years/8 years military equivalence.
• IPC certified instructor required within 90 days of hire for multiple IPC standards.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Confidential clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person or virtual training sessions.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in electronics, torque, safety-wire, and solder.
• Follow internal processes and deliver engaging training with standard compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve priorities.
• Manage partnerships with customers, peers and leaders in training delivery.
• Lead or participate in projects creating or updating training materials.
• Provide subject matter expertise on solder questions.
