Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a 2nd shift in Minneapolis. The role focuses on basic assembly and inspection, following MPI and QWI procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

The position offers a 10% shift differential on top of the hourly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to learn on the job while maintaining GDP documentation and contributing to team-driven quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
• Set up equipment per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's).
• Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Works under close supervision, with duties clearly defined.
• Assembles parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer's Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per MPI's and QWI's.
• Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Works under close supervision, with duties clearly defined.
• Follows Standard Work where applicable.
• Assembles parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
• Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per GDP.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom instruction.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Actively participates in "flex break" programs as required.
• Performs other functions as required.

This is a 2nd Shift position. The hours are Monday - Thursday, 4:15 pm - 2:45 am. We offer a 10% shift differential on top of the hourly pay.

Job Summary:

Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.43
