Medtronic is seeking a Team Lead IV to manage daily manufacturing operations on the second shift (M-F 2:30 PM – 11:15 PM) in a fully onsite environment. The role focuses on meeting build schedules, ensuring quality and safety, and guiding a team of operators and technicians in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience with SAP, and a proven track record in continuous improvement within regulated environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience guiding production teams and coordinating activities.
• Familiarity with SAP and GMP/quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules and milestones.
• Prioritize operator assignments based on staffing and plans.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to operators and assemblers.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
