Zusammenfassung

MiniMed is seeking a Medical Manufacturing Assembly Team Lead IV for its Northridge Office. This is a full-time, on-site role on the 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm), five days a week.

You will lead production teams, manage operator utilization, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. The role requires extensive manufacturing experience and prior team-leadership in a production environment; vocational training may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices.
• 2–3 years of leading teams of 10+ in manufacturing.
• Vocational or technical education or certification may be required.

Aufgaben

• Leads production teamwork process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
• Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
• Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
• Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem-solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
• Ensures MiniMed quality and safety standards are upheld.
