Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience or leadership training.
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and quality documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Team Lead for assigned manufacturing areas during 2nd Shift operations.
• Coordinate daily staffing assignments and production priorities while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Provide work direction and support to manufacturing personnel; monitor production performance and shift pass-downs.
