Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader III to oversee a shift, drive safety, uptime, quality and cost performance. The role requires leading and training team members, managing daily production tasks, and coordinating with engineering for issue resolution.

The position emphasizes 5S, SOP adherence, data-driven decision making, and sustained improvement initiatives across Safety, Quality, Logistics and Operations.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate a group of peers without direct supervision authority.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Must be proficient in English language.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes as lead operator.
• Provide training on SOPs, processing techniques and quality procedures.
• Ensure correct production processes are followed for assigned orders.
• Analyze and report production results to Supervisor and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead process improvement projects within the team and maintain 5S and safety standards.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with Engineering for root-cause solutions and communicate with internal customers.
