Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years related experience or 2-year degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Previous 2nd shift or non-standard hours manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support yield and productivity through process improvement during shift operations.
• Coordinate with 1st shift to ensure continuity during handover.
• Train operators on manufacturing process and equipment during evening shift.
• Execute moderately complex engineering studies with minimal guidance.
