Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a production supervisor to oversee planning, scheduling, setup and execution of manufacturing streams on second shift.

The role focuses on meeting shipping schedules, achieving cost goals, coaching staff, and building a strong team across shifts. Candidates should demonstrate problem solving, teamwork, and proficiency with standard computer tools (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Ability to achieve team results aligned with business objectives
• Demonstrated problem solving in manufacturing operations
• Experience using computer-based systems (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); PLM and SAP ERP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations for shipping on schedule
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to meet product cost goals
• Complete leader standard work to ensure processes run to standard
• Build an effective team through two-way communication across shifts
• Coach and develop staff, recognize performance
