Responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment by keeping the department clean and organized.
• Identify production problems and generate reports to aid process improvement.
• Supervise daily activities to meet volume, cost, and quality standards.
• Track employee time and attendance.
• Lead daily shift huddle meetings and group leader meetings.
• Maintain daily/weekly operating reports per MOS.
• Utilize and maintain the Daily Schedule Control and Weekly Operating Reports.
• Perform periodic process reviews and skills evaluations.
