Job summary

GE Vernova Richmond Repair Center is seeking a Manufacturing Repair Fulfillment Manager to lead internal project managers, schedulers, and the master production schedule. You will drive capacity, throughput, and delivery commitments while partnering with the optimization team.

You will provide data-backed insights to the site leadership, track key metrics, and guide cost analysis. This onsite role requires strong leadership and deep experience in complex manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or similar.
• 2+ years in a high-complexity manufacturing or repair fulfillment role.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience improving shop floor performance and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and upgrade the shop floor scheduling process.
• Provide real-time visibility of the production schedule to the shop floor.
• Improve throughput and material/task flow through the shop.
• Balance workload against shop capacity and lead long-term fulfillment planning.
• Collaborate with site leadership and provide data-backed insights.
• Track schedule attainment, cycle time, and backlogs; support cost analysis.
• Lead Shipping & Receiving, Order Management, and Shop Scheduling teams.
