WCL Group is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition for manufacturing, production, skilled trades, engineering, and operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and based in Dallas, TX or Nampa, ID, with a pay rate of $40–$45 per hour on a 6-month contract and potential for extension or full-time conversion.

Formación

• 7–10 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant-based environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions at once, including high-volume hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with plant managers, production supervisors, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, shift coverage, and hiring timelines.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for manufacturing roles, including machine operators, assemblers, maintenance technicians, quality inspectors, manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, and other plant-based positions.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, trade schools, community partnerships, job fairs, and other sourcing tools.
• Support high-volume and hard-to-fill hiring needs across multiple shifts and skill levels.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess technical skills, safety awareness, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews, plant tours, and pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens) while keeping candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future production and expansion needs.
• Monitor recruiting progress and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and open requisitions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and support timely, efficient hiring.
