Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field with 6+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience with quality systems, supplier audits, and excursion management.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques and decision-making.
• Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing materials and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the qualification of manufacturing ramps to high volume, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Develop inspection and testing mechanisms and conduct audits against quality benchmarks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes.
• Manage excursions, change control, and supplier audits while driving performance.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and ML to evaluate product reliability.
• Respond to customer-reported issues with engineering solutions.
