Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in quality/reliability engineering or a related field.
• Experience with quality systems, supplier audits, and excursion management.
• Strong analytics using SPC/DOE and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the qualification of manufacturing ramps to high volume, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Develop inspection and testing mechanisms and conduct audits against quality benchmarks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems.
• Manage excursion events, change control processes, and supplier audits.
• Represent quality/reliability in product engineering forums and provide recommendations.
• Develop systems for early excursion detection and containment; perform risk assessments.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical methods and ML for performance.
• Respond to customer-reported issues with engineering solutions to improve reliability.
