Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Engineer to ensure flawless production and reliability of Intel products. You will qualify manufacturing ramps to high volume and drive continuous improvement across processes, with a focus on cost and scalability.

You will lead audits, manage excursions and supplier performance, and work with product engineering to improve system, process, and product reliability in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field with relevant experience.
• 6+ years in quality and reliability engineering or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and DOE/ regression modeling.
• Familiarity with supplier audits and excursion management.
• Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own qualification of manufacturing ramps to high volume and ensure quality standards.
• Develop inspection/testing mechanisms and conduct audits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality systems.
• Manage excursions, change control, and supplier audits.
• Collaborate with product engineering to improve reliability.
• Develop early-detection systems and perform risk assessments.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and ML to evaluate performance.
• Respond to manufacturing issues with engineering solutions.
