Job summary

Elos Medtech seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing and Quality Engineers in a regulated, machining-focused environment. You will direct technical leadership, drive quality and process improvements, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and business goals on a MEMS and surgical device‑adjacent production line.

You will oversee NPI, CAPEX, validation, and robust inspection strategies while fostering ownership, learning, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 8+ years in machining-focused manufacturing engineering in regulated/high-precision environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership or technical team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining processes, process development, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Experience with ISO 13485 or FDA QSR, GxP, validation protocols, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to build strong technical capability and engagement.
• Drive engineering and quality activities to ensure compliant production, NPI, CapEx, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for complex process, quality, and customer issues with disciplined change management.
• Align cross-functional teams with site and company objectives for manufacturability, validation, and scalable inspection strategies.
