We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians, act as technical lead across active projects, and make sure validation, documentation, and delivery timelines land on time for our customers. You'll also mentor your team and help build a culture where people keep getting better at what they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and supervise your direct reports day to day, making sure projects and key deliverables land on time. Mentor your team and run regular performance reviews.
• Be the main technical point of contact for customers, someone they trust on capability and quality.
• Keep your team working within our quality system and good engineering practice.
• Make sure products are documented properly and efficiently, and that processes stay clear, well-documented, and easy for operations to actually follow.
• Keep projects on schedule and fully documented in line with medical device regulatory requirements.
• Lead your team through sustained manufacturing work: requirements and specs, risk management, design and process development, prototype builds, verification testing, process qualification, NCMR dispositioning, ECNs, and CAPA completion.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 7+ years in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead engineering work in a sustained manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable digging into technical and process data.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and customers across departments at once.

Good To Have

• Medical device or other regulated industry experience (FDA, ISO 13485).
• Familiarity with validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Lean or Six Sigma experience (Green Belt or Black Belt a plus).
