Job summary

Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC in Boyne City, Michigan is seeking a Manufacturing & Quality Engineering Manager to lead daily technical support for product lines, drive new product releases to manufacturing, and oversee modernization of facilities. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and Quality.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering or related field, 10–15 years of engineering/quality leadership, and experience with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in manufacturing processes, new product release, and estimating.
• Proven ability to direct and manage resources.
• Excellent supervisory and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development, change orders, and production support.
• Direct and manage personnel to maximize efficiency and meet objectives.
• Ensure ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance.
