Job summary

Endologix, a California-based medical device company, seeks a Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead and optimize manufacturing activities for current and next-generation devices.

You will oversee processes, tooling, and fixtures, ensuring FDA/ISO/GMP compliance and scalable production. You will partner with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Regulatory teams, mentor a high-performing team, and drive cost reduction while maintaining product quality and robust manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• Experience with AAA/Peripheral catheters and interventional delivery systems.
• Familiarity with FDA, ISO, GMP, and design control processes.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex problems with data-driven analysis and high-impact solutions.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
• Apply sound judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria for reliable results.
• Use statistical tools to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
• Support CAD/design considerations using SolidWorks when needed.
• Lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineering teams toward accountability and performance.
